We had our first snow this week. Thisbe and Magnus went out on Monday. Bron was jealous and kept pounding on the window wanting to go out with them. While they were out there that day we got a couple of more inches and than more over night. We have been trapped in the house as the hill that I live on is sheer ice. Oh Well.
On Saturday the Kiddies participated in the Seattle Kids Marathon. In preparation they completed 25 miles, read 13 + books and did 13 good deeds. On the day of the race they completed the marathon by running the last 1.2 miles. It was fun, crowded but fun.
Here they are in their space blankets following the race. I think it's cute they gave these out to the finishers even though they already had on their winter gear.
Bron stayed snug as a bug all wrapped up for the race. So warm and cozy she fell fast asleep.
Life has been a little crazy for Mom. I have started school and have had to do some major adjusting. This explains my lack of blog attention. I also have lost some motivation due to the fact my camera broke and I am just not happy with Thisbe's. I use it when I must but only then. A post just isn't a post without a picture. Oh Well
Anyway... Life keeps moving and the kids keep growing
Bronwyn has taken her first steps. She is just at the beginning stage of walking but I know it wont take her too long to be walking/running.
Magnus and Thisbe are preparing for their Three Little Pigs play they are in. Magnus is the wolf and Thisbe is the smarty pants pig who makes a brick house. The play will be on the 30th.
Thisbe has also started a business "Thisbe's Bakery", the school she takes some classes from encourages entrepreneurship and so she's open for business. She had her first sale last week and has another one scheduled for the 30th. I'll get pictures if I remember.
I hope to get back to the whole blog world over Christmas break but like I said "life keeps moving" so it might be just as crazy without school. We'll see.
